Terms of Service

Effective 24 June 2026.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the WeightCoach website at https://weight.ai-lab.com.au, our backend APIs, and any related online services we provide (together, the “Service”). Use of the WeightCoach mobile application is additionally governed by our EULA.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or regulation;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorisation;
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data, or to circumvent authentication or rate-limiting;
• Submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful;
• Use the Service to train competing machine learning models or to bulk-extract AI-generated content;
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

3. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription purchased through the App Store. Apple is responsible for billing, renewals, and refunds. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing on a forward-looking basis with reasonable notice.

4. Health disclaimer

The Service provides general lifestyle information generated by large language models. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care. See Section 4 of the EULA for the full disclaimer.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Service that is not provided by you is owned by AI Lab Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages from this website for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if continued provision is no longer commercially viable. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimer; limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the EULA.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date and, where appropriate, by a notice on the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
